This pr updates the Zero states of the
Schema,Explain, andValidationcollection views. It fixes the margin that was broken in the recent bootstrap wrangling (that was me oops!). Got a bit carried away and this pr also updates the links, button, and titles to leafygreen components. Not doing any large ui changes here though.Before:
