COMPASS-7228
Adds additional logging for the ai endpoint requests and responses. An alternative to this approach could be to wrap the
node-fetchrequests and log them more generically instead of in these multiple places. I was thinking that could be noisy with the OIDC requests so I opted for this approach. Happy to do it another way if folks prefer.Also noticed the
Signed in successfullylog was in the wrong place, it was happening before logging in, moved that to after we log in.
