This PR renames our launch tasks to be a bit more descriptive to their purpose ands removes the extension test launch task (which wasn't used and didn't work - maybe once we need to use its debugging capabilities we can re-add this). Also tweaks some npm scripts to hopefully be a bit more straight forward.

Also updated a few dependencies (Only motivation was pulling in Promise.allSettled from typescript 3.8 microsoft/TypeScript@5a34274 for another branch thats WIP)
