Description
Bumps the oidc-plugin version to latest to fix a failure to create a server if we end up with duplicate addresses after a
dns.lookup. This should fix the oidc test failures that are showing up in the mongosh tests (in the vscode task).Additionally, it improves some of the assertions - this doesn't fix anything, but gives out better error messages and I had done it already when trying to identify the failure root cause, so figured might as well push it.
