The editor grammars catch up with 4.2. Nothing in the compiler changed.

Fixed

• Element is highlighted as a built-in in Zed and VS Code; 4.2.0
  left it out of both grammars.
• A state named show parses in the editor. The grammar read show
  at the start of a line as the show { } statement, so show = !show
  in a handler was an error in Zed, though the compiler accepts it. It is
  a name wherever that statement cannot start, as on and event are.

Tooling

• scripts/ship.sh (just ship VERSION) releases a version end to end:
  CI and the checks on the commit, the Zed pin, the bump, the docs site,
  the preflight, then the commit, the push and the tag after a prompt.
