The crate's documentation builds clean. Nothing the compiler or the
template engine does changed.

Fixed

• docs.rs builds the crate's documentation without warnings. 4.3.0's
  build linked to runtime::RUNTIME_JS, which no longer exists, and from
  public docs to a private field; a stable rustdoc found seventeen more —
  module docs that linked to their own items by a name that did not
  resolve. Every link now lands.

Tooling

• scripts/check.sh (just check) and CI build the documentation with
  warnings as errors, as docs.rs reads it, so a broken link fails before a
  release rather than after.
