The language server says which version it is.

New

• wf-lsp --version (and -V) prints the version; --help says what
  the binary is and how an editor runs it. An editor runs the wf-lsp on
  your PATH before a downloaded release, and cargo install leaves an
  old one there when wf is updated — so an editor could report findings
  the compiler dropped long ago (an unknown Host) while wf check found
  nothing. Comparing wf-lsp --version with wf --version now shows it.
