I am fascinated by these effects!
Whenever possible, I include one in my simulations - mostly possible.
I never had any doubt, that they could not be derived from Newton's and
Euler's Laws, though! ( Amazing, what nonsense one may present even at the
Royal Society!)
As I understand, you are the expert, it is this effect, that when you ride
a bike, you never go completely straight, so you do not fall off the bike.
