The plugin descriptions and setup guides now use clearer language for creating documents, checking previews, converting estimates, and preparing receipts.

The instructions explain when PDF generation can record contact details and a document summary and start automated follow-up. The updated privacy policy lists the shared fields and retained records. Review examples now use sample contact details.

The server address and installation commands are unchanged. Update your installed plugin or skill to receive the revised instructions. Existing document and customer-sync features continue to work as before.

October 29 service update

PDF downloads and PNG previews now have temporary links. Links expire after 15 minutes and can stop working sooner if the service restarts. Anyone with a link can open the file while it is valid.

The document tools preserve supplied dates and payment references. Receipts describe supplied payment details; they do not verify a transaction. Missing signature and payment details remain blank.

The ChatGPT demonstration shows a sample invoice, its PNG preview, and the downloaded PDF.
