Caution

Deprecated, use v1.3.1. In this release the multimolecule-backed models (RiNALMo, RNABERT, RNAErnie, RNA-MSM, 3UTRBERT, UTR-LM) silently load randomly initialized weights, ERNIE-RNA fails to load, and importing any of them crashes on a fresh install. Embeddings from these models computed with v1.3.0 should be regenerated.

  • Fixes to old datasets (RNA lifecycle, TraitGym, misc naming)
  • New models (Borzoi, Enformer, OmniGenome, PlantRNAFM, mRNABERT)
