Patch release fixing mRNABERT, which fails to load in v1.3.1 and earlier on machines without a cached copy.

Fixes

  • mRNABERT. Taykhoom/mRNABERT-no-flashattention is no longer public. mRNABERT now loads from Taykhoom/mRNABERT, pinned to a revision so a future re-upload can't change results. Embeddings match the previous repo (cosine 1.0).
  • Added an mRNABERT test.

1.x maintenance

1.x is now in maintenance mode and receives only critical fixes, on the v1.x branch. New development continues toward v2. To stay on 1.x, pin mrna-bench<2.
