Implemented the opacity micromap support introduced in OptiX 7.6
Dropped support for all versions below 7.6. In the future only the most recent version of OptiX will be supported to reduce clutter in the code.
Implemented opaticity_micromaps.py example to showcase the new opactiy micromaps
Implemented relocation between different devices for acceleration structures and opacity micromaps
