Fixed

• Build emits valid relative specifiers for directory-based modules —
  fixRelativeSpecifiers in the build script previously appended .js to
  every extensionless relative import, even when the import resolved to a
  directory (e.g. ./pipeflow → ./pipeflow.js), but the actual emitted
  file was ./pipeflow/index.js. The specifier now checks whether the target
  is a directory and emits /index.js instead. Fixes resolution failures for
  @moureau/pipeflow when installed from npm.
