v1.5.0

Previously, menu items defined in qLaunch.json that contained an invalid executable path (Target) were not displayed. Now they are grayed out and strikethrough in the menu. They can be edited or deleted.
The qLaunch.json.bak file is now created only when there are significant changes to qLaunch.json (whitespace and line feeds are ignored)
