Add name / attribution to the pull quote

@amirad - are we able to link to a name? (otherwise, it could be anyone / even made up). would add (getting permission first). it strengthens the call-out.

It was given through an anonymous post-event training survey so we don't have the name 👎 I can pull a new quote with a name attached to it if that is better?

If we have one, would use. Adds some credibility. :)
