Security release: update every 8.0.x installation (GHSA-2c8h-m26g-2jfr). Requires PHP 8.2 and October CMS 4.4; sites on October 3 and 4.0–4.3 stay on 8.0.3.

Templates and layouts render in a Twig sandbox, and templates receive plain data instead of models. Read UPGRADE.md and back up the database before upgrading: the migration deletes duplicate template and layout codes.

New:

  • a new editor with Twig autocomplete (variables, filters, tags, Ctrl+Space);
  • version history with diffs and restore;
  • a popup preview of unsaved changes;
  • separate permissions for templates and layouts, translatable templates and layouts;
  • page numbers set on the layout;
  • QR codes (with color and error correction options) and barcodes: pdf_qr(), pdf_barcode();
  • the |pdfasset filter, the attachment() method, PDF::fake() for tests;
  • the dynamicpdf:export, import, sync, check and render commands.
