Fixes after the 9.0.0 upgrade. No new migrations.

  • Security: allowSelfSignedCertificates() and DYNAMICPDF_ALLOW_SELF_SIGNED are ignored in production again. In 9.0.0 they turned off TLS certificate verification there (#350).
  • When the sandbox turns a model method, a relation that was not loaded or an accessor outside $appends into an empty value, the log gets a warning with the template name and line number. After upgrading to 9.x, check the log once PDFs have been generated (#349).
  • Layouts that differ from their view only in indentation or line breaks are no longer marked as customized. dynamicpdf:check lists such records as candidates for Reset to Default (#351).
  • PDF::fake()->throwOnRender($exception) for testing render failures (#353).
  • UPGRADE.md explains how byCode() behaves when the database has no row (#352).
