Add 4.x-dev branch alias for the v4 branch

This allows you to install the package with a 4.x-dev constraint, which can easily move to a more stable branch (e.g. master) once development of the new version has matured. https://getcomposer.org/doc/articles/aliases.md#branch-alias

Oh, there's already a 4.x-dev coming from somewhere: https://packagist.org/packages/mpociot/laravel-apidoc-generator#4.x-dev.

Looks like this comes from the 4.x branch. Perhaps you could delete that branch - v4 branch isn't installable at the moment via Packagist.

Actually, I think I'm about done with development in v4. No need to hold things back. I'll tag an alpha release in a bit.
