Immutable
release. Only release title and notes can be modified.
This release moves the distributed skills out of the root package. The analyzer, shrink and the subcommands behave as in v0.23.1.
Skills package
The root package embedded the skills, so every program that imports declscope.Analyzer, such as a multichecker, also pulled in go-skill-embed. The skills now sit in github.com/mpyw/declscope/skills, which only the command imports (#352).
