Put a link to the sample repo instead of forcing people to download a zip to see the samples.

We're investigating breaking samples into smaller repos so that downloading them isn't so costly

And then a rolled-up repo with all the smaller sample repos as git submodules for those that want everything?

Create repos for each sample, remove old contents and commit history, commit new repos as submodules.

After further discussions, we've decided not to move forward with the samples separation.
