FIX: Correct binary output path in release workflow

The `-output` path in the `gox` command was incorrectly pointing to `./cmd`, which caused build artifacts to be generated incorrectly. This change updates the path to `.` to ensure binaries are built and placed in the appropriate `dist/` directory.
