Reset 0.3.27

Install: download Reset-0.3.27.dmg, open it and drag Reset to Applications. First launch: open Reset once, close the warning, then System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway (it isn't notarized yet). Or: xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/Reset.app

The download is ad-hoc signed, so its widgets won't appear; build from source with your team ID for widgets (see the README).

New in 0.3.27: where your window went

• An X-ray of your usage: a dashboard card showing how much of it re-did work it didn't need to: re-reading long sessions after their cache expired, context rebuilt mid-session, the same tool failing again and again. Each with a tip and the sessions it came from. On the maintainer's Mac it was 20% of a month, almost all from coming back to big sessions after a break
• Break Guard: when a big session goes quiet, the menu shows how long its cache stays warm and what /compact costs now against re-reading it later; the menu bar counts down the last 15 minutes, and a heads-up reaches your phone before it expires. After a long break, start fresh, don't resume
• A "where it went" share card, and a get_waste_report MCP tool so Claude can see it too

The first launch re-reads your transcripts once.

Updating from an older version: quit Reset, drag the new one into Applications to replace it, and open it. Your settings carry over.
