Initial commit: refetch HTTP client library
Add lightweight, apisauce-inspired HTTP client built on native fetch API with full TypeScript support.

Features:

  • Native fetch API wrapper with standardized response format
  • Request/response transforms (sync & async)

  • Timeout support via AbortController
