  1. Increase pkgrel variable.
  2. The prefix variable should not be hardcoded. Maybe try something with sed and ${MINGW_PREFIX}.

Wait! pkgconfig file is not changed. mingw64 is hardcoded.

pkg-config ignores prefix anyway, but yes
