Dialbot is a bot for the matrix protocol. It is based on the dial-phone library. Dialbot is in an early development stage and not ready for production use yet.

If it is not existing, dialbot will create a config file named config.json.
It will contain example values you will have to change. Some of these can be changed with commands
during runtime.
