mu 3.11.1

pi's footer shows delegate results that have not arrived yet.
Upgrade with npm i -g @mu-crew/mu@3.11.1, then /reload in running
pi sessions to pick up the extension. No schema change.

Added

• mu_delegate footer counts results pending. A delegate that
  finished while pi was mid-turn has its answer queued as a follow-up,
  and the footer used to drop it from the count, so it looked as if
  nothing was outstanding. The footer now reads 1 result pending until
  the answer enters the conversation. Escape, which clears pi's
  follow-up queue, also clears the count.
