Update notices. From now on, Cheap Agent tells you when a new minor or major version is out: a yellow notice when a Claude Code session starts in the terminal, and a one-line heads-up from Claude in the desktop app. It checks npm once a day and stays silent if it can't reach it. Turn it off with CHEAPAG_NO_UPDATE_CHECK=1.
