Introducing Smart Snippets

This update includes smart snippets.

Smart snippets allow you to reference code directly from your repo. Instead of copying and pasting, you can just select the file and lines. The block in the editor will include the file reference, lines, and even a deep link to open the file to that specific line. Additionally, smart snippets move with your code. If you add or remove lines above the referenced section, it will automatically update. If you change code within the snippet, it will prompt for review and updating.
