Snackbar `autoHideDuration` not working

        autoHideDuration={2000}
        anchorOrigin={{ vertical: 'top', horizontal: 'center' }}
        message={<span >asdsadsa</span>}
      />

Message never goes away... what am I doing wrong ?

You need to control the component. Setting autoHideDuration mean that onRequestClose will be called when needed.

@oliviertassinari I have the exact same situation. Could you please elaborate more your answer?

EDIT: I just define an onRequestClose event and the Snackbar is now closing using autoHideDuration.

same issue,but resolve when I add <Snackbar
open={!success||!this.state.success}
onClose={()=>{this.setState({open:false})}}
/>

you must have onClose method to setState open:false
