MTA SA allows to greatly modify things to adjust them to our needs. However, when it comes to weapons a problem appears. With current system which is responsible for weapon levels, we are heavily limited, and in most cases we can't create everything as we want. If you would be up to create weapon quality on your server, where each quality could have less or more range, worse or better accuracy, faster or slower firerate - nothing against it, until you have custom weapon system based on default weapons. Each weapon have only 3 levels, this is not enough :(

Add function createWeaponLevel(string levelName, int weaponID/string weaponName, int/float requiredValue)
- levelName - custom name for weapon level
- weaponID/weaponName - weapon which could use new weapon level
- requiredValue - required ped skill level to get this level
or
Allow setWeaponProperty to be set also for player, not only globally.

I don't think there's any alternatives.
