setPedWeaponSlot from 11 to 0 resets goggle effect #579

Describe the bug
Using setPedWeaponSlot from slot 11 to slot 0 resets goggle effect.

To reproduce
Take nightvision goggles and enable the effect by left click.
Do setPedWeaponSlot(localPlayer, 11).
Goggle effect resets. If you change from any other slot, the goggle effect won't be reset.
