A new optional parameter has been added to the get_transaction() method of the ProxyNetworkProvidercalled with_process_status. Also the field is_completed of the TransactionOnNetwork class has become optional. The field is_completed will now be set only if get_transaction() is called using the with_process_status parameter set to True.
