EvilKey microSD examples — firmware 0.6.1

Documentation and firmware links now target the owner-accepted 0.6.1 release.
The USB Tool scripts are unchanged; this release does not add app packages,
game source or game saves. hello_world.duck remains the physically tested
Windows Notepad demonstration. Copy microSD_EVILKEY_EXAMPLES/duckyscripts/
to the card as described in the README.

Firmware 0.6.1 and MIT SDK
| Manager 1.1.6 source for 0.6.1.
The examples' existing personal noncommercial license is unchanged.
