Repository navigation
- The Windows installer is unsigned; SmartScreen will warn on first install.
- Windows behaviour is not runtime-verified for this release.
- Intel Macs are not served by this build (Apple Silicon only).
- Safer terminal paste and Markdown. Pasted text can no longer break out of its protected
paste frame with embedded control characters. Deck blocks external HTTP(S) images,
including images requested while rendering Mermaid diagrams. - Changes no longer runs repository callbacks. Reading a repository disables fsmonitor
and reports an error when tracked files need executable filters. Submodule commit changes
stay visible; dirty files inside submodules are not scanned. Special and oversized Git
metadata files are refused. - Multi-window operations respect every window. The update confirmation counts work and
unsaved files in other windows too. Moving a pane checks both its source and destination,
and session restore no longer loses windows when several save at once. - Busy-work checks recognize shell scripts. A running shell script now keeps its pane in
the close warning, and on Windows a reused process ID can no longer be mistaken for a
pane's child. - Clone a GitHub repository from Deck. Clone repository… on the Open board and in the
File menu takesowner/repoor an HTTPS or SSH link, clones it with your own Git
credentials, shows progress with a Cancel, and adds the folder as a workspace. Nothing
starts automatically: submodules stay uninitialized (Deck says so) and no agent runs. - The Open board puts the common actions in a row. Open folder…, Clone repository…
and Create worktree… are buttons beside the folder bar; Create workspace…, Resume a
session… and Manage agents moved from More… into the folder bar's menu. The folder
bar and the last-session banner no longer span the whole window. - Double-click a recent workspace to open it. On the Open board, double-clicking a row
in Recent workspaces opens that workspace in the rail with its remembered agent, or a
terminal when no agent can run. A single click still only selects it. - Drop files or folders to add workspaces. Drop onto Deck's chrome or the
Open board to save folders as workspaces;
files use their containing folder. A batch adds each folder once and selects
the first without starting an agent. Terminal drops still insert paths.
