Here are all the features of my bus:
- OLED Display: Shows scrolling text for the upcoming stop, bus number, and the route’s first and last stops.
- Audio Announcements: A DFPlayer Mini with speaker plays the next stop in Japanese when a button is pressed.
- Motion Control: A single switch activates a motor powered by 5V and Ground, driving the bus slowly forward.
- Realistic Doors:
- Sliding Double Doors: Designed in Tinkercad and 3D printed; operated by one servo for synchronized movement.
- Front Door: Simpler mechanical design.
- Both doors open/close via switches and trigger corresponding Japanese sound effects ("opening" and "closing").
- Enhanced Immersion:
- Extra buttons activate interior lights, a horn honk, and a “door closing” alarm.
