Support jakarta.annotation.Generated #836
Description
As "javax" transitions to "jakarta", the generator needs a configuration option to allow users to specify which namespace to use for the Generated annotation.
The "javax" namespace has essentially been deprecated, so the default should be to use the "jakarta" namespace.
