Changes

  • Fix ODS full-grid parsing: deferred empty filler rows no longer count against max_grid_slots (LibreOffice pads every sheet to 2^20 × 2^14 via trailing repeated empty rows), and pending empty rows now flush at the materialized grid width, eliminating wide interior gaps and their memory waste.
  • Fetch and cache remote images in HtmlResourceContext when converting HTML input.
  • Handle unmarked list styles in ODF text conversion and improve HTML output for empty lists.
