Changes

• Rasterize external SVG image assets to transparent PNG via resvg uniformly across formats (Office, ODF, PPTX, EPUB, HTML), replacing the previous mix of pass-through, placeholder images, and silent drops; PPTX falls back to the native raster blip when rasterization fails.
• Improve image handling in ODF and EPUB: ODF drawings pass frame-size rasterization hints, and EPUB image resolution goes through the same SVG path.
