Changes

• Align ODS table region splitting with Excel flood-fill discovery: the gap-tolerant region discovery and candidate scoring now live in a shared region_discovery module used by both engines. Connected bounding boxes drop leading empty rows inherited from the row-band/column-band split, side-by-side tables separated by a single blank column now split like XLSX/XLS, and singleton plain-text regions downgrade to TEXT blocks, matching the Excel projector.
