Changes

  • Tolerate hour-only timezone offsets in PDF date parsing: D: dates ending with ±HH or ±HH' now parse by completing the offset to ±HH:00 (Python 3.10's fromisoformat rejects bare hour offsets); invalid offsets such as +0 still leave the date unknown.
