RASTA-PLP and MFCC tool based rasta-mat
RelAtive SpecTrA Perceptual Linear Prediction (RASTA PLP) and Mel Frequency Cepstrum Coefficient (MFCC) in rasta-mat (matlab code) are conveted to python code. It is required librosa, scipy, numpy and spectrum. There may be some differences, because variable data type of this source are float32 but double in matlab.
