Hotkeys for custom actions not just Virtual Desktop related #33

I want to allow people to create hotkeys for custom actions. What would you guys like? For instance, hotkey to open app or folder.

v1.0.26 - Now you can create hotkey to open a file. This can be any file from an application to an image to a text document. If you type in a URL as the file name then it will take you to that website.

You can now chose hotkeys to "Bring All Windows Here", "Remove Empty Desktops", Minimize the foreground window, and close the foreground window.

I added a hotkey action to toggle top most window for the current foreground window. This can be a handy feature. I will publish this in v1.0.30

v1.0.30 will have hotkey actions for multimedia keys. Good for those with keyboards lacking these keys or those that just want to use their own key combinations.
