Sanitize unexpected RPC errors by default while preserving intentional public application errors. Reject malformed envelopes with null response IDs, including non-finite numeric IDs. Existing handler signatures remain unchanged. Local and CI tests, packaged ESM/CommonJS consumers, TypeScript, Publint, and ATTW passed.
