cli-github is useful GitHub command line tools
Install it yourself as:
$ gem specific_install -l "git@github.com:natmark/cli-github.git"
Execute $ cli-github
and show all commands.
$ cli-github open # execute under git directory
$ cli-github search [query] # open https://github.com/search?q=[query]

$ cli-github config set --token=[GITHUB_TOKEN_INPUT_HERE]
$ cli-github config get # if you want to check your token
- Step2. Create GitHub repo
$ cli-github create [reponame]
$ cli-github create sample

After checking out the repo, run bin/setup
to install dependencies. You can also run bin/console
for an interactive prompt that will allow you to experiment.
To install this gem onto your local machine, run bundle exec rake install
. To release a new version, update the version number in version.rb
, and then run bundle exec rake release
, which will create a git tag for the version, push git commits and tags, and push the .gem
file to rubygems.org.
