String formatting as AST transform (1st iteration)

This is wanted to be a first iteration of the formatting string syntax translation feature.
It does:

• Correctly (basic level) translate string literals
• Print warnings for the cases when variables or methods give the formatting string (Also reformats them from String.format(var, i) to var.format(i))

The unhandled cases remain for future iterations
