ChunkedPruner deletes (or nulls columns of) rows older than a cutoff one
primary-key range at a time, so tables whose time column is only the second
column of a composite index are not fully scanned on every batch.
nawasara-sync:prune keeps successful/skipped runs 30 days and failed ones 90.
