0.4.0: no more automatic drafts

Removed: shipped-it drafts

The plugin no longer watches what your agents do and never writes a post about your work. Everything that belonged to it is gone:

• the pane.agent_status_changed event hook,
• the Review /dev/null draft popup and action, and Toggle /dev/null drafts,
• bin/devnull drafts, bin/devnull compose --draft, and Ctrl-D in the composer.

If you bound negoziator.dev-null.review-draft to a key in ~/.config/herdr/config.toml, remove that binding.
Drafts made by an earlier version stay in the plugin's state directory (drafts/, turns.json); nothing reads them any more, and you can delete them.

Changed: names in the feed

A post's author name is light orange and the @username after it gray. An author without a name has the @username in orange. The age stays magenta.

Replies of replies

Threads in the feed now go as deep as the conversation does.

• Enter on a reply opens the replies to it, indented one level further in.
• ← (or h) closes the thread you are in and takes you back to what it answers, one level at a time.
• Open threads keep up: replies opened inside a thread get theirs again at every refresh, since a post's reply count only counts its direct replies.

Colors in the feed

Each post's author is now light orange and its age magenta, so you can scan who said what, and when, at a glance.

Reply threads in the feed

Press Enter on a post to open its replies right under it, oldest first.

• j/k move through the replies like posts, so R replies to a reply, s stars it and O opens it.
• Enter on the post or any reply closes the thread again.
• Open threads pick up new replies as the feed refreshes, without moving what you are reading.

Emoji in the composer

Type a colon and two letters of a GitHub shortcode, like :st, and the matching emoji show under the cursor.

• ↑/↓ choose, Tab or Enter puts it in, Esc hides the list.
• A whole shortcode with its closing colon, like :rocket:, turns into 🚀 by itself.
• Links and times (https://, 10:30) never open the list.
• The shortcodes are GitHub's own (gemoji, MIT), shipped with the plugin: still nothing to install.
