mn declared Node.js 20 and CI tested it, but the wallet SDK calls
iterator helpers (Map.entries().find) that Node 22 added. On Node 20.10
published 0.5.4 fails a transfer with "Wallet sync timed out" where a
current Node.js succeeds, and the Node 20 CI job fails on the tests that
run the SDK's fee code.

- engines is >=22; CI runs Node 22 and 24.
- mn checks at startup and says which Node.js it is and what it needs
  (UNSUPPORTED_NODE, exit code 1); help still works, and the MCP server
  refuses to start.

BREAKING CHANGE: Node.js 20 is no longer accepted (it did not work).
