Preprod through Blockfrost with the user's project id, a Dust sync that
finishes there, saved sync state bound to its indexer, dependencies pinned to
the tested tree with a fresh-install check in CI, and the serve, contract and
transfer fixes found by the exploratory pass. See CHANGELOG.md.
