Proposed change
Redesigned how NetDaemon behaves with Disconnections.
Before: Internally tried to reconenct
Now: Reconnection logic is pushed to the service. This means that with a disconnect from Home assistant the NetDaemon will be reloaded entirenly and everything is in start-up state
